Dear Rao:

The full score of hw3 is 40 + 40. I'll post the details of grading standard in the blog later.
The following are the statistics of hw3  grades:

HW3	Without Extra Credits(40)			With Extra Credits(80)
	Mean	Median	Highest	Mean	Median	Highest
Overall	25.1	28	36	34.9	30	66
Under	19.3	18.5		26.6	21.5
Graduate	29.6	31		41.1	36

Very few students did the policy iteration problem correctly.

These two did a good job:
XXX  : 36/40.
YYY.:   35/40.
